Running Coach:
Running training programs for groups or individuals, assisting the beginner to the advanced runner, and serving runners of all paces & abilities.  Specializing in full & half marathon training programs.
Services include fitness evaluation, running analysis, heart rate training, estimate of anaerobic threshold, along with providing custom training programs to meet the client's needs.

Personal Training:
Services include fitness assesment, and customizing fitness plans to improve a client's flexibility, strength, and / or cardiovascular system, based on the client's lifestyle and goals.

Yoga Instructor:
Yoga sessions for groups, or individuals.  Primarily specializing in yoga for runners or cyclists.

American Red Cross Health & Safety Services Instructor:
Services include training classes to obtain certification for First Aid, CPR & AED, along with other American Red Cross Health & Safety Services.
